UV Drying Oven - Diamond

Equipment developed for instant curing of profiles through UV rays (Ultra Violet). The equipment allows the profile to continue with subsequent processes such as sanding, painting, or finalizing a production line. With a sealed structure, it prevents the passage of UV rays, providing greater security. It also has individual controllers for luminosity dosing, gas suction, lamp cooling, UV filtering, inlet and outlet protections and individual hour meters to measure the life of each lamp.

The equipment can be configured with up to 10 sets of lamps, and can operate with gallium or mercury.
